Body found inside Hardin County camper engulfed in flames

HARDIN COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A camper fire turned deadly over the weekend in Hardin County.

The Upton Fire Department stated that crews were dispatched to a residential camper around 9 a.m. on Saturday, January 31, and it was fully engulfed in flames.

After the fire was extinguished, firefighters discovered a body inside.

The deceased has yet to be identified, and the fire’s cause remains under investigation.
