Officers responded to a home near 96th Street and Sweetwater Ave around 10:45 a.m. and found an alleged home invasion in progress, police said in a release.
Police said once officers arrived, the two suspects ran from the home and drove off, starting a short police pursuit that ended in a nearby strip mall.
The juveniles were then arrested and are facing charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, burglary, criminal impersonation, disorderly conduct, and felony flight.
According to police, the two juvenile suspects allegedly posed as delivery service employees and forced their way into the home with three people inside.
Scottsdale police said the suspects restrained two of the victims in the home while the third victim hid in the residence.
Because the suspects are under the age of 18, details are limited.
Police said no suspects are outstanding and there is no threat to the community.
