RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WSMV) – A crash closed a roadway in Rutherford County Sunday afternoon.

The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office said the crash closed Lascassas Highway at East Compton Road.

Deputies are rerouting traffic in the area. The sheriff’s office said driver should expect delays until the scene is cleared.

No details about injuries have been released.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) is investigating.
