OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Marion County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man accused of possessing AI-generated pornography featuring child actresses while out on bond on other child porn charges.
On Thursday, deputies charged David Rutter, 19, with four counts of possession of child pornography. He was arrested while already out on bond following his arrest by the Ocala Police Department for 20 counts of possession of child pornography in July 2025.
After a months-long investigation, detectives searched Rutter’s home on Southwest 111th Street in Ocala on Thursday. They took his devices, including one hidden in a cat food bag, and found dozens of images of child erotica on them.
They also found four AI-generated videos of child celebrities engaged in sexual acts.

Rutter was arrested and booked into the Marion County Jail on no bond. Due to the nature of these offenses, the vast amount of material located, and Rutter committing the exploitative crimes while on bond for similar charges, detectives believe he may have live victims.
Under current Florida law, AI-generated pornography appearing to depict a child can be charged under the statutes as pornography featuring real children in real situations.
