A person was shot and killed Tuesday morning near 84th Street and Bender Avenue on Milwaukee’s north side. The shooting happened about 11 a.m., according to the Milwaukee Police Department.The victim has not yet been identified. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.
