BARRY COUNTY, Mo. (KY3) -A 62-year-old Miller man died after his SUV ran off Missouri 39 south of Aurora and struck a tree Sunday afternoon, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash marks Troop D’s first fatality of the year.
Troopers could not determine whether the man was wearing a seatbelt.
