DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. STAYING IN GUILFORD COUNTY, A PERSON IS RECOVERING FROM THEIR INJURIES FOLLOWING AN OVERNIGHT CRASH ON I-40 IN GREENSBORO. IT HAPPENED JUST BEFORE 2 A.M. IN THE WESTBOUND LANES NEAR GALLIMORE DAIRY ROAD. POLICE FORCED ALL TRAFFIC OFF THE INTERSTATE IN THAT AREA. WE’RE TOLD E-M-S TOOK ONE PERSON TO THE HOSPITAL WITH CRITICAL INJURIES. INTERSTATE WAS CLOSED FOR NEARLY FOUR HOURS WHILE OFFICERS CLEARED THE SCENE.
