A 68-year-old man discovered unresponsive at a residence in Pearlblossom, prompting an investigating into the death, was identified Friday.

Deputies were called at 5:41 p.m. Monday to the 13800 block of East Avenue T 10, near 138th Street East, where they found the victim, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department homicide Lt. Steven De Jong.

He was identified Friday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner as David King, with the cause of death listed as deferred.
