A 27-year-old woman was killed and six other people were injured in a crash involving multiple vehicles today on H-1 Freeway eastbound near the Kaamilo overpass in Aiea, according to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services.

At about 1:42 p.m., Honolulu Police Department and EMS co-responded with five units and transported six people who suffered multiple injuries, while another woman was pronounced dead at the scene, EMS said. Her identity was not immediately released.

The injured individuals included a 3-year-old boy, 23-year-old woman, a 28-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman in serious condition as well as a 27-year-old man and a 29-year-old man both in stable condition.
