LAKE CITY, Fla. — The Lake City Police Department has reported a 41-year-old woman missing Wednesday.

The police department says Chulcie Sullivan was last heard from on Tuesday, Jan. 20 around 9 p.m. on the phone. Police did not reveal who Sullivan was speaking to at the time.

Last seen wearing a pink jacket, black pants, black shirt and black shoes, police say Sullivan’s direction of travel is unknown.

In a news release, LCPD lists Sullivan at 5’0, weighing 145 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes; she has a flower tattoo on her neck, police added.
