TULARE, Calif. (FOX26) — A man was found dead in a puddle at Live Oak Park on Monday morning, police say.
Tulare Police received a report that a man, approximately 50 years old, was spotted lying face down in a puddle at Live Oak Park, a bit after 9 a.m.
When EMS arrived, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the man’s death is still being investigated.
