Ohio Man Charged After Drugs Found In Home – ButlerRadio.com

An Ohio man is in the Butler County Prison after police found him in a home with a large number of drugs and a dead body in the City of Butler.

Police were called to a home on the 300 block of Walker Avenue for a reported dead body last Thursday. When officers went into the home they found the body of a deceased man.

As officers were clearing the home, they found 47-year-old Jamal Finley of Youngstown in the attic, which had been turned into a bed room. It’s alleged Finley had a large number of drugs in his possession and cash and was placed in custody.

After acquiring a search warrant for the home officers also found, two semi-automatic handgun, 14 pills identified as hydrocodone, 53 grams of illicit substances, and packaging alleged used for drugs.

Finley is facing two counts of possession of a firearm prohibited, three counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, along with several minor drug charges.

Finley is being held on $150,000 bond as he awaits a January preliminary hearing.
