One man is dead after an officer-involved shooting in Everett early Friday morning.

The shooting took place on the 6100 block of Fleming Street in Everett at approximately 5 a.m. No officers were injured in the shooting.

Fleming Street is currently closed north of Pecks Drive.

“Please avoid the area and expect delays,” the Everett Police Department stated.

The investigation is active, and few details have been released.
