A 36-year-old man with mental health issues was reported missing after last being seen in San Dimas before sunrise Friday.

Julian Garcia was last seen at 3:40 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of West Covina Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Garcia is Hispanic, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 234 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. He was wearing a green hospital gown.
