OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. (KOKH) — A driver is hurt after a crash near I-40 and I-35 late at night on Christmas Eve.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded around 11:54 p.m., where a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Jada Berry was going eastbound on I-40 and left the roadway, rolling down an embankment.

Berry is believed to have been driving under the influence of alcohol, according to the OHP report.

The report notes that Berry was injured; however, the extent of the injuries is unknown.
