Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriffs’ Department Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help Friday finding an at-risk 59-year-old man who authorities said has a medical condition, is medication dependent and was last seen in Bellflower.

Dexter Anthony Hardy, aka “Dex, was last seen on Thursday at 7 a.m. on the 17800 block of Downey Avenue and Cedar Avenue, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.

Hardy is Black, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, is bald, has brown eyes and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and black sweatpants.
