FRIDAY MORNING UPDATE 12/19:On Friday morning, The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the two men killed in Thursday’s shooting in Carrick as Quaziah Jones, 23, of McKeesport and Damien Powell, 27.EARLIER REPORT:Two people are dead after being shot in Pittsburgh’s Carrick neighborhood early Thursday evening, police said.Watch the breaking news report in the video player abovePolice responded to Linnview Avenue near Brownsville Road for a 12-round ShotSpotter alert at about 5:15 p.m.Pittsburgh Public Safety spokesperson Eliza Durham said two men who had been shot in the chest were found on the sidewalk.
