ROSE HAS THE VIDEO OF THE RESCUE. A FRIGHTENING MOMENT ON THE MORNING COMMUTE. WATCH AS A SHERIFF’S DEPUTY APPROACHES A CRASH. TWO VEHICLES WEDGED, ONE IN A DANGEROUS POSITION, ELEVATED ON SNOW AND A PORTION OVER THE EDGE. THE DRIVER STILL INSIDE. HERE’S WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE FROM ABOVE. BACK ON THE GROUND, DEPUTIES TRIED OPENING THE TRUNK WITH NO SUCCESS SO I CAN GET IT. THEY IMPROVISED TO GET THE DRIVER OUT. BREAKING THROUGH THE BACK WINDOW. DO YOU WANT TO TRY AND CRAWL OR. NO. OKAY. SHE SAID NO. SHE SAID YEAH. YEAH. A FEW MINUTES LATER, THE DRIVER EMERGES. THEN DEPUTIES LEARN HOW IT HAPPENED FROM THE OTHER DRIVER, SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS TRYING TO SLAM MINE ON. THEY WERE STARTING TO WALK, BUT I TURNED INTO THIS LANE BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HIT THEM. YEAH. AND I DIDN’T SEE. BUT I THOUGHT, THERE’S A CHANCE NO ONE’S HERE. AND I IT WAS A GUARANTEE I WAS GOING TO REAR END SOMEONE PRETTY HARD. AND THE DRIVER HE DID HIT WAS ON HER WAY TO WORK AT THE FBI.
